Study Excursei
SEMARANG – Himpunan Mahasiswa kebidanan Semarang berkolaborasi dengan Himpunan Mahasiswa kebidanan Semarang kelas Kendal mengadakan kegiatan study excursie pada Jum’at, 7 April 2023. Study excursei merupakan kegiatan untuk berbagi ilmu tentang pekerjaan baik secara teori ataupun praktik. Tujuan diadakannya study excursei ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa serta mendapat tips-tips yang dapat di gunakan untuk bisa bekerja di luar negeri. Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema ” implementasi tri darma perguruan tinggi di era 5.0″ dengan pembicara dari alumni jurusan kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang ibu Fajar Ayu Gianti Amd.keb. Kegiatan study excursie di hadiri oleh seluruh mahasiswa kebidanan semarang dan mahasiswa kebidanan Semarang kelas Kendal serta seluruh dosen.
Kegiatan study excursie di mulai pukul 07.30 dengan pembukaan yang dipandu MC Retno Roso Wulan yang memberi arahan kepada partisipan zoom untuk mengganti nama pada room zoom menggunakan nama lengkap dan institut, mengaktifkan vidio, dan mengikuti acara dari awal hingga akhir acara .
Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan doa oleh Miftahul Jannah Dwi Pangesti pada pukul 07.45, selanjutnya menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Hymne Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, dan Mars Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Pukul 08.10 sambutan dari ketua panitia oleh Ifah Fatinafik, dilanjutkan dengan sambutan Ketua Jurusan kebidanan yang diwakili oleh ibu Sri Wahyuni M., S. Kep., STr. Keb., M. Kes.
Setelah sambutan dilanjut dengan sesi foto bersama partisipasi dan dosen yang mengikuti kegiatan study excursei.
Pukul 08.40 dimulai sesi pemaparan materi oleh ibu Fajar Ayu Gianti Amd.keb yang di moderatori oleh ibu Listyaning Eko Martanti, SSiT, MTr. Keb. Sebelumnya disampaikan biodata dari pembicara, ibu Fajar Ayu Gianti Amd.keb merupakan alumni Jurusan Kebidanan Semarang, beliau lulus pada tahun 2010, lahir di kota Semarang, 27 Desember 1988. Bekerja di Arab Saudi pada tahun 2017 kemudian sempat kembali ke Indonesia dan kembali lagi ke Arab Saudi pada tahun 2022 – sekarang.
Selanjutnya adalah pemaparan materi yang di bawakan dengan judul how to work overseas. Sebelum bekerja di luar negeri, kita harus memperhatikan 5W + 1H,
- alasan terbesar dan terkuat untuk bekerja di luar
- siapa yang akan memberangkatkan kita untuk bekerja di luar negeri
- kapan kita siap untuk berangkat bekerja di luar negeri
- apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk bekerja di luar negeri
- dimana negara tujuan kita unutk bekerja di luar negeri
- bagaimana cara untuk bekerja di luar negeri
Dengan memperhatiakan beberapa poin tersebut, kita tidak akan ragu lagi untuk bekerja diluar negeri. persiapan bekerja di luar negeri sangat berbeda dengan bekerja di Indonesia, banyak sekali hal yang harus di siapkan dan diperhatikan untuk bekerja di luar negeri.
Selain itu harus mencari banyak informasi terkait jalur apa saja yang bisa di gunakan untuk bekerja di luar negeri. Melalui adanya study excursie ini menjadi salah satu sumber untuk mencari informasi pendaftaran pekerjaan khususnya untuk tenaga kesehatan, melalui informasi dari alumni yang hadir.
Berikutnya adalah sesi tanya jawab, dibuka 2 termin pada sesi tanya jawab. Termin 1 dibuka dengan 4 pertanyaan dan termin ke-2 dibuka dengan 3 pertanyaan.
Pukul 10.00 di tutup sesi tanya jawab oleh moderator ibu Listyaning Eko Martanti, SSiT, MTr. Keb. kemudian acara di lanjutkan oleh MC. Selesai sudah semua rangkaian acara selanjutnya adalah penutup.
Adanya acara ini diharapkan menjadi motivasi bagi kita semua semoga melalui hal ini bisa memberi semangat kepada teman-teman semua dan rasa optimis untuk mencapai kesuksesan serta kebahagiaan, serta menjadi ilmu yang bermanfaat dan berkah bagi kita semua.
