SEMARANG – Dalam rangka meningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan keberhasilan mutu pelayanan pada umumnya dan mutu personal pada khususnya yang akan terlihat dari kualitas sumber daya tenaga sumber daya manusia yang siap berkompetisi dalam menghadapi era kesejajaran dan era kesejagadan. Pembentukan kepribadian seseorang dapat dibentuk melalui interaksi sosial. Interaksi sosial memerlukan syarat yaitu Kontak Sosial ( terjadinya hubungan, sambungan atau sentuhan sosial antara dua orang atau lebih ) dan Komunikasi Sosial.
Dalam upaya peningkatan tenaga sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, institusi penyelenggara pendidikan kebidanan dituntut mampu menghasilkan tenaga sumber daya manusia yang profesional termasuk dalam penguasaan kemajuan teknologi mutakhir yang siap kerja melayani masyarakat, maka diperlukan perhatian, dukungan dan perencanaan matang dan khusus dalam mempersiapkan tenaga sumber daya manusianya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan kegiatan capacity building untuk mahasiswa agar kualitas sumber daya manusia semakin meningkat.
Pada Hari Selasa tanggal 3 Agustus 2021 telah dilaksanakan capacity building untuk mahasiswa baru Prodi Pendidikan Profesi Bidan Semarang dengan menghadirkan 2 narasumber, yang pertama Ketua Pimpinan Daerah IBI Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Ibu Hj.Sumarsih, S.ST, MH. Tema yang disampaikan “Peningkatan Jenjang Karir Bidan dan Dukungan Organisasi Profesi IBI Studi lanjut Profesi Bidan “.
Narasumber yang kedua merupakan Tim Motivator dari Nafsul Mutmainnah Training Centre (NMA) yang diketuai oleh Bapak Dr. H. Darwito, SE, MM, ELP yang menyampaikan tentang spiritual motivation dan Healthy Motivation Program.
Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, mahasiswa mendapat bekal yang cukup dalam mengembangkan ilmu baik di pelayanan di masyarakat maupun pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan.
