Pembentukan POSPINDU Kampus 7 Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang
(Purwokerto) Selasa, 31 januari 2017 telah diadakan Pembentukan Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (Pospindu) Kampus VII Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Pospindu PTM adalah salah satu program pemerintah sebagai upaya pencegahan, pengendalian, dan penanganan penyakit tidak menular. Pelaksanaannya berdasarkan UU RI no 36 tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan pasal 158 tentang Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM). Kegiatan ini merupakan pencanangan Pospindu kedua yang ada di institusi atau tempat kerja , setelah Sekolah Polisi Negara Purwokerto. Pembentukan Pospindu ke 67 di Kabupaten Banyumas ini diawali dengan pembentukan kader-kader Pospindu sebagai penggerak jalannya Pospindu nantinya. Kader-kader Pospindu terdiri dari ibu-ibu dharma wanita, perwakilan dosen, ibu-ibu PKK, dan mahasiswa dari 4 jurusan yang ada di Kampus VII Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang.
Kegiatan pembentukan ini dimulai Pukul 09.00 WIB. Acara dibuka dengan doa dan sambutan dari Ketua Jurusan Kesehatan, Bapak Asep Tata gunawan, SKM.M.Kes., sebagai penanggungjawab umum kegiatan POSPINDU kampus ini. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengisian materi oleh pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Mereka adalah dr.Djunaedi, Bapak Anton Ari Wibowo, SKM.M.Kes, Ibu Elthy,SKM.M.Kes., Ibu Supriatin dan Bapak Hamdi. Pihak Dinkes mengisi materi berupa definisi dari Pospindu, Penyakit Tidak Menular(PTM), Pengukuran,Pemeriksaan, Pencatatan, dan Konseling yang merupakan lingkup dari pelaksanaan Pospindu itu sendiri. Setelah diberikan penjelasan secara berurutan tersebut, dibuka forum diskusi. Kemudian, setelah pembahasan dianggap cukup dan memadai , acara dilanjutkan dengan istirahat.
Acara berlanjut dengan pendemonstrasian pelaksanaan Pospindu. Pospindu dilakukan dengan system pelayanan 5 meja seperti layaknya Posyandu balita. Hanya saja Pospindu PTM ini mempunyai sasaran masyarakat dengan usia 15-59 tahun. Tahap pelayanan 5 meja yang dimaksud adalah: (1) Pendaftaran,(2) wawancara, (3) Pengukuran, (4) Konseling, (5) Pencatan dan Pelaporan. Para kader diberi demonstrasi secara langsung dengan menggunakan alat dan bahan yang dibawa dari pihak dinkes. Alat yang digunakan pun bukan alat yang sukar untuk diaplikasikan, pasalnya semua alat yang disediakan merupakan alat digital dan beberapa alat hasil tekhnologi tepat guna yang mudah digunakan. Tak ayal, mayoritas dari mereka sangat antusias dan apresiatif terhadap hal tersebut. Kemudian acara dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan struktur organisasi dan penyusunan jadwal pelatihan serta launching perdana kegiatan pospindu. Setelah semua sudah tersusun, kemudian didiskusikan kembali dengan pihak Puskesmas 2 Baturraden, Dinkes, dan Kajur Kesling. Hasil diskusi akan digunakan untuk pembuatan SK dan sebagai bahan pengajuan anggaran ke pihak Poltekkes pusat. Bapak Asep Tata Gunawan,SKM.M.Kes mengatakan bahwa untuk anggaran pelaksanaan akan diusahakan dari pihak institusi. Sedangklan launching perdana pelaksanaan Pospindu akan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa tanggal 17 Februari 2017. Selanjutnya acara ditutup dengan sambutan dari pihak Puskesmas 2 Baturraden dengan harapan Pospindu Kampus VII Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang berjalan dengan sukses dan penuh berkah.
