Acara Grand Opening Mentoring (GOM) dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk pembukaan kegiatan mentoring. Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh UKI kampus 7 dengan sasaran mahasiswa baru kampus 7 dari prodi Kebidanan, Kesehatan Lingkungan dan TRR. Pengisi dari acara GOM ini adalah Ustadz Syamsuri.Tema dari acara ini adalah “Mentoring Nyegerin Imanmu”. Karena dengan mentoring mahasiswa akan melakukan kegiatan silaturahim, dan berkumpul untuk sharing ilmu khususnya ilmu agama sehingga iman dari mahasiswa akan terjaga dengan baik istiqomah, InsyaAllah.
Kegiatan mentoring terdiri dari 3 rangkaian kegiatan. GOM merupakan kegiatanpertama/ pembukaan, dan selanjutnya akan diadakan calsical mentoring yaitu kegiatan tadabur alam yang akan dilaksanakan pada akhir november. Dan yang terakhir yaitu Clossing Mentoring sebagai penutup dari kegiatan Mentoring Kampus 7 yang akan dilaksanakan akhir Desember.
