Musyawarah Kerja Dewan Mahasiswa
SEMARANG – Sabtu, 18 Februari 2023 pukul 07.30 – 13.35 WIB, Dewan Mahasiswa Kebidanan Semarang mengadakan kegiatan Musyawarah Kerja (MUSYKER) dengan tema “Membuka Gerbang Musyawarah menuju Organisasi yang Progresif dengan Semangat Solidaritas”. Kegiatan Musyawarah Kerja ini diikuti oleh beberapa dosen Pengelola, Anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa, Ketua Komunitas Kegiatan Mahasiswa (KKM), dan beberapa anggota Dewan Permusyawaratan Mahasiswa (DPM).
Kegiatan Musyawarah Kerja diawali dengan datangnya Dewan Mahasiswa , Himpunan Mahasiswa, Ketua KKM, dan beberapa anggota DPM di ruang Auditorium Kebidanan Semarang dan dihadiri dosen secara online melalui zoom meeting pada pukul 08.00 WIB lalu acara Musyawarah Kerja langsung dimulai dengan Pembukaan oleh MC Erica Febby Valen W. Pada pukul 08.15 WIB para hadirin diundang untuk bangkit berdiri untuk menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan juga Mars dan Hymne Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Setelah hadirin dipersilahkan duduk Kembali acara selanjutnya yaitu dilanjut dengan pembacaan ayat suci Al- Quran oleh Devi Wulandini . Acara dilanjutkan dengan Sambutan Ketua Dewan Mahasiswa Azizah Salsabila dan Della Ayu Pranandari, Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Sambutan Ketua Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Semarang oleh Ibu Dr.Sri Rahayu, S.Kp, Ns, S. Tr.Keb, M.Kes dari pukul 08.35 – 08.51 WIB
Selanjutnya acara dilanjut dengan sesi foto Bersama pada jam 08.51 WIB. Selanjutnya acara dilanjut dengan Pembacaan Tata Tertib Sidang yang dipimpin oleh Presidium Sementara 1 Hanan Latifatun Nabila, Presidium Sementara 2 Retno Roso Wulan,dan Presidium Sementara 3 Feby Pratama Putri dan dengan Seluruh anggota rapat dimulai dari pukul 09.03 – 09.53 WIB, Tata tertib sidang ditetapkan pada pukul 09.44 WIB. Acara selanjutnya dilanjut dengan Penetapan Presidium Tetap oleh Presidium Sementara pada pukul 09.54 WIB dan ditetapkan pada pukul 10.01 . Selanjutnya dilanjut dengan Sidang Rencana Program Kerja 1 Tahunan dan Rencana Anggaran Program Kerja yang dipimpin oleh Presidium tetap 1 Mela Priani, Presidium tetap 2 Bilkis Azzahra, Presidium Tetap 3 Syafa’atun Nisa dan dipaparkan oleh Gubernur Himpunan Mahasiswa Vrista Melati dari pukul 10.11 – 12.25 WIB. Acara yang selanjutnya dilanjut acara Sidang Rencana Anggaran Program Kerja Periode 1 oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa mulai pukul 12.25 – 17.27 WIB dan ditetapkan pada pukul 13.24.Acara selanjutnya Dilanjut istirahat dari pukul 13.25 – 13.45 WIB. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan pengesahan rencana program kerja dan rencana anggaran program kerja 1 tahun Himpunan Mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan, yang dipimpin oleh presidium tetap 1 Alifah Sekar Maryanti, presidium tetap 2 Fanika Anggriani, dan presidium tetap 3 Shifa Lutfiah dan dipaparkan oleh Gubernur Himpunan Mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan Aulia Winahyu Ananta Putri pada pukul 13.54-15.47, dan disahkan pada pukul 15.57. Acara yang selanjutnya yaitu pengesahan rencana anggaran program kerja periode 1 Himpunan Mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan yang dipaparkan oleh rekan-rekan Himpunan Mahasiswa pada pukul 15.59-16.41, dan disahkan pada pukul 16.48. Selanjutnya yaitu pembahasan dan pengesahan peraturan mahasiswa jurusan yang dipimpin oleh presidium 1 Della Ayu Pranandari, presidium 2 Azizah Salsabila, dan presidium 3 Shifa Lutfiah pada pukul 16.57-17.27. Acara yang terakhir yaitu penutup yang dipandu oleh MC Erica Febby Valen W. pada pukul 17.30.
