Persamaan Persepsi Praktik dan Refreshing Perceptorship Mentorship dengan CI Puskesmas di Wilayah Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas
Purwokerto. Pada hari Rabu, 14 Februari dilaksanakan kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi DIII Kebidanan Purwokerto yaitu persamaan persepsi antara Program Studi dengan para Clinical Instructur (CI) lahan.
Sambutan dan Pemaparan Visi Misi
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyamakan persepsi pembelajaran praktik yang sedang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa semester 6 Prodi DIII Kebidanan Purwokerto dengan para CI di Puskesmas wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Adapun sejumlah perwakilan CI dari Puskesmas hadir untuk bersama menyamakan persepsi dan refreshing perceptorship mentorship.
Acara dibuka oleh sekretaris Prodi DIII Kebidanan Purwokerto, Ibu Rusmini S.Kep.Ns, M.H, kemudian sambutan oleh Kaprodi DIII Kebidanan Purwokerto, ibu Suparmi S.Pd, S.SiT, M.Kes sekaligus memperkenalkan visi-misi prodi kepada para peserta. Kegiatan inti yaitu pemaparan tentang praktik Komprehensif dan ditutup dengan refreshing perseptorship dan mentorship. Pemahaman yang mendasar kepada para CI dalam proses pembelajaran profesi selama di wahana praktik mahasiswa.
Kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk silaturahmi antar institusi dan wahana praktik dan sebagai wadah diskusi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendidikan dan praktik kebidanan.
