International Seminar “Maternal And Child Services In The New Normal Era”
SEMARANG – HIMA, DEMA Jurusan Kebidanan Semarang serta Ikatan Alumni Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang bekerja sama menyelenggarakan Seminar Internasional Kebidanan 2021 pada hari Selasa tanggal 30 November 2021 secara online zoom meeting dan live youtube. Seminar Internasional Kebidanan dengan tema “Maternal And Child Services In The New Normal Era” dengan 5 pembicara yaitu Dr. Maria Cristina Ramajo (Arellano University, Filipina), Asist. Prof. Dr. Rohani Jeharsae (Pattani Campus Prince Songklah University, Thailand), Sri Wahyuni, SKp.Ns,S.Tr,Keb, M.Kes (Dosen Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang), Mimi Ruspita, S.SiT, M.Kes (Dosen Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang) dan Srie Rejeki, S.Tr.Keb, Bd (Alumni Jurusan Kebidanan Semarang dan Praktisi bidan RS Dr. Kariadi).
Peserta Seminar terdiri dari mahasiswi Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, peserta luar dari berbagai instansi pendidikan maupun instansi kesehatan dengan berbagai daerah seperti DI Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, NTT, Lampung, Papua, dan lain sebagainya dari Sabang sampai Merauke dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 3.045 peserta. Ada juga delegasi dari luar negeri sejumlah 10 orang dari mahasiswa Arellano University dan Pattani Campus Prince Songklah University.
Acara dimulai pukul 07.30 diawali dengan Pembukaan sekaligus doa, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, laporan ketua panitia, sambutan oleh Ibu Ketua Jurusan Kebidanan Semarang, dan sambutan sekaligus pembukaan acara oleh Bapak Direktur Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Selanjutnya masuklah pada inti acara yaitu sesi pemaparan materi oleh pembicara.
Sesi pertama oleh Dr. Maria Cristina Ramajo (Arellano University, Filipina),dengan materi “Maternal And Child Services In The New Normal Era dan Implementation Of Covid-19 Vaccination For Pregnant And Lactating Women”. Sesi kedua oleh Asist. Prof. Dr. Rohani Jeharsae (Pattani Campus Prince Songklah University, Thailand) dengan materi “Maternal And Child Services In The New Normal Era dan Implementation Of Covid-19 Vaccination For Pregnant And Lactating Women”. Dilanjutkan Sesi ketiga oleh Srie Rejeki, S.Tr.Keb, Bd (Alumni Jurusan Kebidanan dan Praktisi bidan RS Dr Kariadi) dengan materi “Pelayanan Terkini Pada Ibu Dan Anak Di RSUD Dr. Kariadi”. Sesi keempat oleh Sri Wahyuni, SKp.Ns,S.Tr,Keb, M.Kes (Dosen Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang) dengan materi “Asuhan Kebidanan pada Ibu Hamil dan Implementasi Vaksinasi Covid-19”. Dan sesi terakhir yaitu sesi kelima oleh Mimi Ruspita, S.SiT, M.Kes (Dosen Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang) dengan materi “Asuhan Kebidanan pada Ibu Hamil dan Implementasi Vaksinasi Covid-19.”
Dari materi yang disampaikan, diperoleh informasi bahwa pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak dari beberapa negara di era new normal ini sebagian besar pelayanannya sama mulai dari pencegahan COVID-19, pelayanan kesehatan, dan pengobatan yang dilakukan. Untuk pencegahan virus covid masih sama dari sebelumnya yaitu tetap menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, rajin mencuci tangan, dan menjauhi kerumunan. Hal tersebut berlaku untuk semua kalangan masyarakat. Untuk pelayanan kebidanan khususnya kehamilan, disarankan untuk melakukan ANC pertama kali datang ke tempat fasilitas kesehatan untuk dilakukan skrining faktor risiko dalam kehamilan. Akan tetapi untuk ANC berikutnya bisa dilakukan secara online via handphone kecuali merasakan tanda bahaya dalam kehamilannya. Untuk ibu yang akan bersalinan, disarankan melakukan ANC dan skrining covid dalam waktu 1 bulan sebelum hari perkiraan lahir. Untuk pencegahan pada anak-anak pun sama dengan orang dewasa, orang tua memberikan pengertian mengenai virus covid pada anak, mengajarkan untuk selalu menggunakan masker dan mencuci tangan, rajin membersihkan tempat yang sering dijangkau oleh anak, dan memberikan pengertian pada anak untuk tidak menyentuh wajah mereka.
Selain pencegahan di atas, vaksin covid-19 dapat membantu kita untuk tidak terpapar virus. Vaksin covid-19 aman untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui, sama seperti masyarakat umum yaitu dua dosis dalam penyuntikannya dan terdapat jarak waktu antar dosis. Untuk ibu hamil disarankan untuk melakukan vaksin pada trimester kedua, karena trimester kedua aman untuk dilakukan vaksin sebab janin sudah mulai berkembang. Untuk ibu menyusui, vaksin covid ini tidak mempengaruhi dalam proses pemberian ASI pada bayinya. Tetapi sebelum divaksin, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui direkomendasikan untuk berkonsultasi tentang kondisi kesehatan dengan dokter/ tenaga kesehatan terlebih dulu dan berada dalam kondisi yang sehat untuk menerima vaksin.
